1. Transportation management
(1) Before loading, unloading and handling dangerous chemical raw materials, make preparations in advance, understand the properties of the items, and check whether the loading, unloading and handling chemical tools are firm.
(2) Operators should wear corresponding protective equipment according to the dangerous characteristics of different chemical raw materials, and should strengthen the poisoning and corrosive materials during work.
(3) Dangerous chemical raw materials should be handled with care during operation to prevent impact, friction and vibration, so as to prevent the chemical raw materials from spilling or the package being broken and causing injury to people.
(4) Do not drink or smoke when loading, unloading, and transporting hazardous chemicals.
(5) When loading, unloading and handling explosives, first-class flammable products, and first-class oxidants, iron-wheeled vehicles, battery vehicles, and other means of transport without explosion-proof devices shall not be used.
(6) Before loading, unloading and handling strong corrosive chemical raw materials, check whether the bottom of the box has been corroded to prevent the danger of falling off the bottom.
(7) Two chemical raw materials with conflicting properties shall not be loaded and unloaded at the same place and transported in the same vehicle.
2. Daily management
(1) Hazard identification: The first step in preventing accidents is to identify the hazards of hazardous chemical raw materials. Hazard identification of hazardous chemical raw materials is the basis for strengthening the safety management of hazardous chemicals.
(2) Implement the "one book, one signature" system: one book is the safety technical manual, which is a comprehensive document detailing the information on the explosion, toxicity and environmental hazards of hazardous chemical raw materials.
(3) Waste disposal: The discharge of toxic and hazardous substances into the environment must be strictly controlled. The disposal of discarded hazardous chemical raw materials shall be carried out, destroyed and disposed of in accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste and relevant state regulations, and necessary safety measures shall be taken to dispose of discarded chemical raw materials that are inflammable, explosive, toxic and otherwise dangerous.
(4) Safety education: Safety education is an important part of enterprise safety management. The occurrence of many chemical accidents is caused by the lack of safety knowledge of operators and the non-compliance with safety operation procedures and safety rules and regulations.
(5) Do a good job in emergency rescue measures: Emergency rescue work is the basic content of the safety management of hazardous chemical raw materials.
